VS1000 is a high end capacitive MEMS accelerometer, specially designed for vibration measurements from DC to medium frequencies. Thanks to its low noise, resistance to repetitive high shocks and insensitivity to temperature environments, this MEMs vibration sensor guarantees confident and accurate vibration measurements in rugged environments.

Innovative MEMS architecture and stable IC ensure analogue outputs with an optimal signal-to-noise ratio and non-linearity in a whole bandwidth.

The MS1000, TS1000 and VS1000 series MEMS Accelerometers are field-proven, supporting critical missions across a wide range of industries. Some of the applications include:

Built-In Self-Test Function
