When the new screen pops up select the Delete Position box.
Submit.
After 20 seconds select the status button.

If the survey never reaches 100%, or you are not tracking satellites, or the alarm is still present then you should contact Tech Support. Please visit our support center and create a case. One of our support reps will assist you with your issue.
You indicated that the Survey Progress is increasing and you are tracking satellites
If the survey completes and you are tracking satellites and the alarm is no longer present you are working as expected.
Check cabling for 5v, all the way to the antenna. Call Tech Support

GNSS signal appears to be working correctly.
You indicated that you have an Antenna Problem Alarm showing and that your device is connected to splitter
It is normal to see the antenna problem alarm and you must mask it.
Check the disk usage with the “df -h” command
If you are at 100% follow the cleaning procedure.
