What is my username and password?
Your username and password are in your Online User Manual and the Quick Start Guide that came with your product. The unit comes with the default login info assigned, and you can change it to your own, secure information from there.

I lost my password, is it possible to reset it?
VersaSync does not offer this capability and a return to factory for reset is necessary.

What is the difference between the VersaSync and the VersaPNT?
VersaSync is a rugged timing and synchronization solution that distributes precise time and frequency in GNSS challenged environments. VersaPNT builds on those capabilities by adding assured positioning and navigation with integrated inertial sensors.

Is it possible for Safran to provide step file to prepare our integration?
Yes, Safran can provide STEP file on request.

Is it possible to install the IDM suite after purchasing the unit? If yes, does it required a return to factory?
Yes, it is possible to purchase and install the IDM suite after that the unit is deployed. The installation of the IDM suite can be ensured in the field by an operator, only an access to the WebUI (or REST API) of the unit is required.
