TIGR™

Trusted PNT node for Land Combat Vehicles

Get Quote
View Datasheet Contact Support

TIGR™ is a compact, rugged, extractable mounted PNT unit for all land vehicles.

It acts as a PNT backbone enabling resilient time, frequency and navigation data distribution to radios, BMS, C2 and mission systems, even in degraded or GNSS‑denied environments.

It can be integrated seamlessly as part of retrofit operations, re-using existing DAGR mechanical, electrical and communication interfaces.

ADVANTAGES

MODULAR DUAL CONSTELLATION GNSS RECEIVER

TIGR™ integrates both GPS M-code capability, new generation of encrypted GPS, and Galileo PRS capability, field proven encrypted and robust signal from Galileo constellation to bring sovereign and flexible PNT signals to end users. This modular solution can integrate one or two constellations for optimum performances and robustness in a flexible way : it is configurable and upgradable at end user facilities.

DESIGNED FOR GNSS DEGRADED AND DENIED ENVIRONMENTS

TIGR™ implements a multi-layer, “in-depth” defense against GNSS interferences. In case of interferences detection TIGR™ offers a “time holdover” mode. Its internal oscillator enables sufficient time-keeping accuracy, in particular for radios, during week-long GNSS outage. In addition, TIGR™ can maintain internal timescale even when the vehicle is powered off, thanks to internal rechargeable battery. As a last resort, TIGR™ can be resynchronized quickly and accurately on the field, through a “flying clock”.

RESILIENT TIME SYNCHRONIZATION FOR RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS

TIGR™ provides precise time and frequency references required for military radio synchronization, including legacy and current formats such as HAVEQUICK or SINGCARS, ensuring interoperability and mission continuity.

FUTURE-PROOF TIME DISTRIBUTION

TIGR™ is suitable both for legacy vehicle upgrades and for integration into new platforms, supporting incremental capability insertion without disrupting existing architectures. TIGR™ also provides NTP and PTP capability, supporting NATO Federated Mission Networks (FMN) framework.

DAGR-LIKE FORM FACTOR FOR SEAMLESS RETROFIT INTEGRATION

With a DAGR-like form factor, interface compatibility and legacy protocol support, TIGR™ allows straightforward replacement of existing equipment, reducing integration and qualification effort in the context of vehicle retrofit, while maintaining device tool-less extractability. This ensures compatibility with existing radios and mission systems. It is easy to use and offers a BMS backup with a simple HMI.
