GAHM – Ground Active Hydrogen Maser
High Performance Frequency Stability Atomic Clock
The Ground Active Hydrogen Maser (GAHM) is Safran’s new proprietary frequency stability atomic clock. Designed for Ground Segment Space Applications (deep space tracking, geodesy, radioastronomy, …), GNSS Precise Time Stations, Autonomous time scale for defense and security, and, for National Metrology Institute to build the International atomic time (TAI) mandatory for UTC time.
The GAHM is backed by Safran’s successful 40-years track record of manufacturing high performance atomic clocks and fielding 200 units worldwide in High-level operational sites (extreme environmental sites, high level of maintainability).
