During the GADSS Solutions webinar on December 9th at 2.00 pm (CET), Mr. Emmanuel Sicsik-Paré, Strategic Product Manager at Orolia, will present Ultima-DT, a fixed Emergency Locator Transmitter – Distress Tracking type, specially designed and manufactured by Orolia to meet the ICAO GADSS ADT requirement which will be applicable in January 2023.
Ultima-DT has been developed through the Helios project led by Orolia and funded by the European Global navigation satellite system (GNSS): A general term describing any satellite constellation that provides positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) services on a global or regional basis. The Helios project was designed to introduce a complete range of Next-Generation beacons on the market to be compliant with ICAO’s GADSS Autonomous Distress Tracking requirements.
